The Bill will ban smoking e-cigarettes in public places, workplaces, and in a car with youth under 16.
Also, you will not be able to sell e-cigarettes to people under 19 years of age. The Bill also bans selling e-cigarettes where tobacco is prohibited from being sold.
Hookah bars will be shut down as well by July 1, 2017. The hookah lounge is an establishment where patrons share shisha from a communal hookah or nargile which is placed at each table.
