Police are investigating a sudden death near Massey Drive on Saturday. Police say a body was discovered near Breeches Pond, a wooded area.
The Chief Medical Examiner is working to identify the remains and determine the cause of death.
No other information about the investigation, including how long the woman has been dead, was released.
Police say that there is no concern for public safety and anyone with information should contact them or Crime Stoppers.
