DEVELOPING: #UofT on Lockdown Following Reports of Gunman & Masked Man

There are separate reports of a civilian armed with a gun and a masked person on the Campus of the University of Toronto in the city’s downtown core. This remains unconfirmed.

The campus is on lockdown and heavily armed police are on scene.

Police have said that they have arrested a young man. However, the spokesperson said that as of now they "don’t know the direct relation to this incident."
