Police wearing protective gear are in the Gorman Avenue area of Kilbride.
The RNC have said that they responded to unknown trouble on Gorman Avenue at approximately 4:15 pm. They also have information that weapons were involved in an altercation.
Major Crime Officers are investigating the situation and as soon as they have more information they will release it to the public.
