North American Leaders’ Summit #CDNpoli

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau welcomed President of Mexico, Enrique Peña Nieto, and the President of the United States of America, Barack Obama, at the North American Leaders’ Summit on Wednesday.

There were numerous events throughout the day. The Prime Minister attended a luncheon with the two leaders and held a joint press conference with President Peña Nieto and President Obama.
Trudeau and Obama met on Parliament Hill for a bilateral meeting and President Obama addressed Parliament.

The Prime Minister also took a Family Photo with President Peña Nieto and President Obama.
The federal government aims to take coordinated action that will create sustainable economic growth, help transition to a low carbon economy, and provide better opportunities for Canadians, Americans, and Mexicans alike.
