People celebrating Bastille Day in France turned into carnage in Nice, France as a truck reportedly drove into a crowd.30 people may be dead according to reports. Video from the scene shows multiple bodies on the ground and scores of people running.
It was supposedly a transport truck that drove into the crowd. Police in the area drew their guns.
There is no word yet on whether this was an accident or a planned attack.
