13 Dead 6 Injured Following Fire at Bar in France

Thirteen people are dead and six are injured after a fire swept through a bar in the city of Rouen in Northern France.

Police have said that there was a birthday party happening at the bar at the time the blaze broke out around midnight.

There were more than 50 firefighters battling the blaze.
