RNC was called to an east end location in St. John's last night after a complaint of a woman being held against her will.Police arrested and charged a 28-year-old man. The man faces charges of forcible confinement, possession of a weapon dangerous to the public, in this case, a handgun, use of a firearm in the commission of an offense, assault with a weapon and breach of court orders.
The two are known to each other.
