Another Moose Accident

There has been yet another moose accident on the Provinces Highways. This time in the eastbound lane of the TCH west of the Foxtrap weigh scales. There were no serious injuries however the moose was killed.

Roadways often run through areas of prime moose habitat for moose. More importantly, roads tend to attract moose which come there to feed on the vegetation along the roadside.

Statistically the three most active months when moose accidents occur are June, July, and August.
