Khail Alan Garrard the owner of the former Wild World pet store in Corner Brook is in jail in Ontario.Garrard was arrested for breaching a court order in Brampton.
He was supposed to appear in court in Corner Brook this week but could not appear as he is incarcerated.
In this province, he faces charges of illegal storage of an unrestricted firearm and possession of three restricted weapons.
Garrard's name became known after a snake went missing from the per store.
