The RCMP have determined that no criminal charges will be laid in connection with the death of Donald Dunphy.The outcome of the ASIRT report that was provided to the RCMP was released today. However, the report itself will not be released as a public inquiry will be held into the incident.
In April of 2015 Donald Dunphy was shot and killed in his home by an RNC member of the Premier's security detail.
The officer was investigating perceived threats made on Twitter.
