St. John's Finds Big Savings

Home

St. John's has found some big savings.

The city has implemented the second phase of its program review and determined that $4.7 million can be saved.

The savings come from the elimination of close to 20 full-time equivalent positions. People will be laid off, some of the jobs have been eliminated through other means such as reduced staffing, attrition, vacancies, and reduced hours.
