RCMP have said two people have died after a two-vehicle collision east of Clarenville.
The driver was pronounced dead at the scene and the passenger died in hospital.
The driver and passenger of the second vehicle were taken to Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The TCH in the area has since reopened.
