RNC conducted a traffic stop in Conception Bay South and found a woman driving without insurance or a valid driver's license.
Not only that but she owes over $6,000 in fines. Police impounded the vehicle.
She has been charged with operating a vehicle without a valid license as well as driving without insurance and with expired registration.
The woman has been issued a court appearance.
