Around midnight last night RNC in Corner Brook conducted a traffic safety stop with a vehicle driving with expired licence plates.
During the traffic stop it was revealed that the driver was driving with a suspended driver's licence and no vehicle insurance was in effect.
Police charged the 39 year old male under the Highway Traffic Act with Driving while Suspended, Operating an Unregistered Vehicle and Operating a Vehicle without an Insurance Policy in Effect.
The vehicle was impounded.
