Justin Brake, a journalist with the Independent was in court on Tuesday morning to answer to breaking a court injunction for entering the Muskrat Falls site.Geoff Budden, the attorney representing Brake, told the court that Nalcor failed to inform the court that Brake was a journalist.
More than twenty people were served such injunctions.
