Upon arrival a Police Officer was assaulted by a male at the residence.
A 24 year old male was arrested for mischief as a result of doing damage to that residence, uttering threats to a person residing at that location and assaulting a Police Officer.
He was held at St. John’s City Lock-up to appear in Court in the morning.
The Officer required minor medical treatment as a result of the assault.
