It's still Monday in the House of Assembly as a second filibuster is underway. This filibuster is a response to a 15 percent tax increase on auto insurance.
So far MHA's have been in the House for three days.
PC MHA Steve Kent said that these filibusters are about the budget overall.
There is still no end in sight.
