RCMP in Grand Falls-Windsor have charged a pickup driver after the vehicle rear-ended a school bus in the central Newfoundland community on Wednesday Morning.
When the bus was rear-ended it was stopped with lights flashing, picking up children.
There were six children on board the bus. There were no injuries.
