Corner Brook Warning Residents of Postal Disruption


The City of Corner Brook is warning residents of a potential postal service disruption. The City is advising residents that in the event of a labour disruption at Canada Post, residents are advised to not send payment for City taxes, invoices or other information through the mail.

Residents may use online banking, telephone banking, or in person at City Hall. They also accept cash, cheques, preauthorized payment and debit are accepted. There is a deposit box is at City Hall near the parking lot entrance. Residents can also use the courier.

Payments are still due by the date indicated on your notice. Late payment fees will not be waived.
