Riverside Country Manor Personal Care Home in Mount Carmel has been closed down and has had heir license revoked.Eastern Health ordered the facility to close over what they describe as "significant" concerns for the residents.
All residents will have new accommodations as of Friday.
The Home serves as an assisted living facility.
