A 20-year-old is dead after a single vehicle accident on the highway near St. Paul's on the Northern Peninsula.RCMP in Rocky Harbour has charged 25-year-old Nicholas Shears-Decker with impaired driving causing death following the accident.
At the time of the accident, there were three passengers in the vehicle.
