RNC officers received a call from a concerned citizen that an impaired driver was operating in the downtown area of St. John’s.
Police located the vehicle and the driver in the east end of St .John’s.
The 59-year-old male driver was charged with impaired driving and failing the breathalyzer.
He will appear in court at a later date.
