St. John's to Bring Down Budget Tomorrow

The City of St. John's will bring down their budget tomorrow.

Budget 2017 will be brought down Mayor Dennis O'Keefe said in an email.

Councillor Jonathan Galgay said that there will be a reduction in the mill rate.
