Premier Dwight Ball, Minister of Municipal Affairs Eddie Joyce, and Mayor of Deer Lake Dean Ball were on hand in Deer Lake on Thursday for the official opening of the new Deer Lake Town Office.
The office is located at 34 Reid’s Lane.
The town flag was officially raised and there was a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
As well, the town selected a winner of the “Why I Love Deer Lake” contest.
