Call it a bargain, chances are that's what the buyer of the former I.J. Samson school is calling it.
The English School District sold the building for just $189,000 back in June.
Now its new owners have listed the former Junior High School for a whopping $1.89 million with Remax.
As a result, the school board has put a hold on the sale of other schools.
The building is located at 50 Bennett Avenue which is largely a residential area.
