Police have arrested 53-year-old Allan Winfield Potter with the murder of Dale Porter in 2014.Potter, who is from St. John's, was arrested without incident in Ontario and faces a charge of 2nd degree murder.
He will appear in court in Ontario today and eventually will be transported back to Newfoundland.
