Police have charged a second person with murder in the death of Dale Porter.Daniel Leonard of St. John's was charged with second-degree murder. On Tuesday 53-year-old Allan Winfield Potter was arrested and charged with murder.
This stems from an RCMP-led raid that resulted in the arrests of ten people. Of those ten, nine were in court today.
Dr. Brendan Hollohan, a physician, was charged with drug and conspiracy charges. He was released on $25,000.
Porter was found dead two years ago in North River.
