Parliamentary Secretary Serge Cormier will be at a news conference in Moncton today.
Cormier is expected to announce that the Canadian Coast Guard will launch a new scientific initiative as well as to announce funding to support the conservation of Atlantic salmon.
The news conference happens at 1:30 NT at the Gulf Fisheries Centre in Moncton, New Brunswick.
