Four people were taken to the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook yesterday after an accident on the Maple Valley Road/Lewin Parkway intersection.
The four females have since been released from the hospital.
Just as crews were cleaning up the first accident a second accident occurred just up the road. Police say that accident happened because a driver was distracted while looking at the first crash. Both vehicles in the second accident had minor damage and no injuries.
