Unconfirmed Reports of Shooting on Burin Peninsula

There are unconfirmed reports of a shooting incident on the Burin Peninsula over the weekend.

A teenager was airlifted to hospital in St. John's.

There are indications are the individual has serious injuries.

RCMP say that there was an incident, but has released no details.
