Police responded to a report of a Break and Enter at a residence in Mt Pearl. Shortly after arriving in the area officers located the 50 year old male suspect in another residence nearby.
The male was arrested and charged with Break and Enter, Property Damage, Uttering Threats and Breach of Court Order.
He was held in custody and will make a court appearance in the morning.
