A simple garbage bin with tape and wires caused quite a stir in the Crosbie Road area of St. John's this morning.
RNC was called to the area after reports of a suspicious package at an apartment building.
The Bomb Disposal Unit was called in to determine the contents of the object and determined that there was no threat.
